Welcome to Katie’s Grove!  My goal for this blog is to provide stories, family lineage, photos, unsolved genealogical mysteries, research tips and much more.  Since starting my family research in 2010, I’ve come across lots of interesting information and needed an easy way to share it all with my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and the many 3^rd and 4^th cousins and fellow genealogists that I’ve met through research.  I hope this blog can also serve as a place for relatives (close and distant) to share their memories, stories, and maybe solve some family mysteries.
